Little Miss Marcus Fair Contest is Thursday, August 9th at 6:00 PM at the fairgrounds. All girls ages 6-8 years old and a resident of the MMC school district are eligible to compete.

Each participant will be judged in a sport/casual outfit and interviewed in a party dress. All contestants will receive a T-shirt, $5 in Marcus Bucks, a certificate and ride tickets. Also, the girls will ride in the Marcus Fair parade on Saturday, August 11th and present ribbons at the Fair. The winner will receive a $50 savings bond, tiara and gift. 

Please send entries including name, address, birthdate/age, parent's names, hobbies and interests, t-shirt size and photo to: Kristi Ames, 102 N. Walnut St., Marcus, IA 51035. All entries must be submitted no later than July 1st, 2012.
